Returns & Exchange
• Jewelry can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• No refunds are allowed on jewelry purchases. Exchanges are only permitted.
• Items must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition to qualify for exchange.
• Jewelry that shows any signs of wear, misuse, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.
• To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags (if applicable). Products must be returned in their original packaging (inner and outer boxes) along with the original invoice.
• Returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened, damaged, or tampered with.
• A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings (including sets with earrings) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even if unused.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns for defective items are only accepted if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect. Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, alterations, attempted repairs, negligence, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions will not be eligible.
• Items returned in a damaged or soiled condition may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
• Defective products covered under warranty can be replaced through our offline stores. If the same item is unavailable, an exchange of equal value may be provided.
• If a defective item is returned outside of this policy, it will be sent back to you.
• To ensure quicker processing, please return all items from the same order in one shipment.
Manufacturing Defects
• In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item at no additional cost.
• Repairs or replacements due to defects are evaluated at our discretion.

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us in advance with your order details and request.
Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our delivery partner for the product you wish to return.
Kindly note:
• The item must meet all return eligibility conditions (unused, original packaging, tags intact, etc.).
• Customers are responsible for all delivery and logistics charges related to returns and exchanges.
• As we offer free delivery on your original purchase, any exchange or return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange will be processed accordingly.
Important Notes
• Personalized, custom-made, or engraved items are non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• D’Eterno Lusso is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit if returned by courier.
• We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
